After Hours Emergencies

If you have an emergency situation and find it necessary to reach your doctor after our regular office hours, please call Your Doc at 847-839-8800. A physician is on-call 24 hours a day. After hours, your call will be answered by our answering service. Our physician will promptly return your call.

 

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Identify yourself as a patient of Your Doc and ask the emergency department physician to contact your doctor.

To obtain copies of your medical records, please submit your request in writing. Charges may be applied for medical records. For more information, please call our Medical Records Department at 847-839-8800.
